Experiential teaching method is a new teaching mode which is based on modern education teaching idea and designed to arouse interest of students from their personal experience in learning. It is high time that people put emphasis on the cultivation of students＇ multiple abilities. Traditional teaching method is replaced by experiential teaching method gradually which is helpful to develop the subject status of students in classroom in the process of active learning. In fact, it is important to combine passive reception of knowledge with active perception in order to improve the teaching effect of management in institutions and universities.
