广西邮轮产业发展动力机制与影响因素探析

On the Mechanism of Driving Force and the Influencing Factors for Cruise Industry Development in Guangxi

邮轮产业是海洋新兴产业中的一部分,具有经济要素的集聚性、网络的节点产业和规模经济效应等特点,能以超过1∶10的比例带动相关产业发展,被称为海洋经济中的"黄金经济"。广西拥有发展邮轮产业的先天独特地理及资源优势,面临中国—东盟自由贸易区建设、"一路一带"政策支持等机遇,发展邮轮产业正当时。文章在研究邮轮产业的相关概念、特点与架构基础上,讨论广西发展邮轮产业的动力机制,对外部推力和内部动力进行剖析。再分别从宏观、中观、微观角度研究广西邮轮产业发展的影响因素,最后提出了广西发展邮轮产业的建议,建议包括广西要抓好邮轮发展定位工作,多开发近程航线,加大宣传引导邮轮消费需求,寻求区内外合作支持发展,提高港口服务能力。

Cruise industry is a part of the newly -emerging marine industry, which is characterized in centralization of economic elements, network node of industry, scale economy effect, etc. It can drive the development of relevant industries at a ratio of more than 1 ： 10. Therefore, it is also called ＂Gold Economy＂. Guangxi is endowed with the advantages in terms of geographic lacation and resources in developing cruise industry. With the establishment of CHINA--ASEAN Free Trade Area and implementation of the ＂One Belt, One Road＂ policy, Guangxi should take the present opportunity to develop cruise industry. This paper, beginning with studying some relevant concepts, characteristics and structure of cruise industry, makes an analysis of the mechanism of driving force, including outer driving force and inner driving force. Consequently, it makes a reserch into the influencing factors for cruise industry development in Guangxi from macro - , meso - and micro - perspectives. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to develop cruise industry in Guangxi, which are as the followings： making proper orientation of cruise industry development in Guangxi, exploring more short - range marine routes, strengthening the advocation to guide consumption demand for cruise tourism, seeking more cooperators in and outside Guangxi to support the development of this industry and improving the ability of port services.
