推进北部湾经济区一体化的对策思考

On the Countermeasures to Promote the Integration of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

区域一体化是衡量区域开放开发成效的重要标尺,也是区域合作与发展必须面对的重要理论和实践问题。为促进北部湾经济区一体化,文章从经济一体化和制度一体化两个层面,分别探讨了经济区基础设施一体化、生产要素市场一体化、产业结构一体化、城市布局一体化、组织机制一体化的发展路径,通过一体化新模式的构建,提升北部湾经济区的竞争力。

Regional integration is a criterion by which the effect of opening - up and development of a certain region is evaluated and it is also an important theoretical and practical problem facing regional integration and development. In order to boost the integration of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, this paper, from the perspectives of economic integration and systematic integration, makes an analysis of paths of developing integration of infrastructures, integration of production elements, integration of industrial structures, integration of cities layout and integration of organizations and mechanisms. It proposes to improve the competiveness of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone by establishing a new model of integration.
