摘要
目的探讨创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)患者的执行功能损害特点及静息状态下局部脑区低频振幅变化情况。方法纳入20例PTSD患者及19例年龄、性别及受教育程度均匹配的健康对照组进行静息态功能磁共振成像扫描,采用低频振幅(ALFF)的分析方法计算两组脑区低频振幅情况。结果与健康对照组相比,PTSD患者左侧辅助运动区、左侧额中回、中央旁小叶及左侧额下回ALFF值明显增高(P<?0.05)。结论PTSD患者的大脑活动异常主要分布在认知和运动相关脑区,这些异常的自发神经元活动可能是PTSD患者认知缺陷的神经基础。
Objective To investigate the executive dysfunctional characteristics and amplitude of low frequency fluctuation (ALFF) changes of the resting state in the brain region with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) patients. Methods The resting state fMRI were performed in 20 PTSD patients and 19 age, education, and sex-matched normal healthy volunteers. The method ALFF was used to analyze the low frequency fluctuation changes in brain region with PTSD, then ALFF values were compared between the PTSD and normal control groups. Results Compared to the control group, the PTSD group showed significantly increased ALFF values in left inferior frontal gyrus, left middle frontal gyrus, left supplement motor area and paracentral lobule (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The results indicated the ALFF values in some brain regions in the PTSD group were abnormal in the resting state. This abnormality mainly distributed in cognition and motor related brain regions, which might indicate the neural basis of cognitive deficits in PTSD patients.
