On the Problem Related to Stratum-Consciousness of the New Generation of Urban Migrant Worker——A study based on the migrant workers in Guiyang Future Ark

在传统社会向现代社会的转型过程中,伴随着我国的改革开放,新生代农民工在华夏大地诞生了,这一阶层大多是一线基层劳动建设者,在我国全面建设小康社会的进程中,对社会发展、经济建设、社会稳定具有重要的作用。以贵阳"未来方舟"甜蜜小镇新生代农民工为例,对新生代农民工阶层意识进行定量分析与定性研究,为政府相关部门制定相关政策提供智力支持。

Along with China＇ s reform and opening up, there are new generations of migrant worker who are bom in the land of China during the transition of a traditional society to a modem society. They are the chief laborers in building a well-off society in China, and they play important roles in social development, economic construction and social stability. By quantitative analysis and qualitative research on stratum-consciousness of the new generation of urban migrant workers of Guiyang Future Ark, the paper is to provide intellectual support for government departments when formulating relevant policies.
