摘要
目的探索心理剧疗法对改善大学生人际安全的作用和效果,为大学生心理健康教育提供新的方法。方法对天津某高校32名存在人际交往困扰的大学生(研究组)实施为期6周的心理剧疗法团体治疗,采用人际关系综合诊断量表、交往焦虑量表(IAS)、大学生人际安全问卷在干预前后对研究组和对照组进行评估,对数据进行统计分析。结果干预前研究组与对照组比较,在人际安全问卷总均分和各因子分上的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。干预后研究组和对照组人际安全问卷总均分[(2.03±0.22)与(2.30±0.32)]和神经质倾向[(1.88±0.32)与(2.10±0.34)]、人际敌意[(1.89±0.36)与(2.12±0.40)]、人际焦虑[(2.20±0.38)与(2.39±0.43)]、人际退缩[(2.02±0.33)与(2.27±0.41)]、自我封闭[(1.94±0.32)与(2.26±0.44)]、人际不信任[(1.97±0.47)与(2.23±0.51)]差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为-3.57,-2.73,-2.09,2.55,-3.15,-2.97,-2.55,P值均<0.05),研究组均低于对照组。结论心理剧疗法对改善大学生人际安全有明确效果,可用于大学生心理健康教育。
Objective To study the effect of psychodrama therapy on improving college students’ interpersonal securitym and to provide new ways for college sutdents’ mental health education.Methods Select 32 undergraduates who had interpersonal problems to carry out six-week consulting group therapy,and use Students Relationships Diagnostic Scale,IAS and Questionnaire on Interpersonal Safety of College Student to evaluate research group and control group before and after study,and statistical analysis was done to these data.Results There were no statistical significant differences in the pretest scores between the two groups in both scales.However,in the posttest of Questionnaire on Interpersonal Safety of College Student,scores in total average [(2.03±0.22)vs.(2.30±0.32)],prissy trend [(1.88±0.32)vs.(2.10±0.34)],interpersonal enmity [(1.89± 0.36)vs.(2.12± 0.40)],interpersonal anxiety [(2.20±0.38)vs.(2.39±0.43)],interpersonal retreat [(2.02±0.33)vs.(2.27±0.41)],self-close [(1.94±0.32)vs.(2.26±0.44)] and interpersonal distrust [(1.97±0.47)vs.(2.23± 0.51)] were lower in the experimental group and the differences was statistically significant(t =-3.57,-2.73,-2.09,2.55,-3.15,-2.97,-2.55,P〈0.05).Conclusion Psychodrama therapy is a good way to improve college students’ interpersonal security and can be used in college students’ mental health education in the future.
