注射用双黄连（冻干）治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后鼻腔冲洗临床分析

Clinical analysis of Shuanghuanglian （freeze-dried powder）injection nasal irrigation after endoscopic sinussurgery for chronic rhinosinusitis

目的观察慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后应用注射用双黄连（冻干）鼻腔冲洗的疗效。方法收集2014年1月至2015年1月广西中医药大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科住院病人，135例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎接受鼻内镜手术患者，随机分为术后注射用双黄连（冻干）治疗组和0．9％氯化钠注射液＋地塞米松注射液＋硫酸庆大霉素注射液冲洗对照组，随访6月以上，观察术后1～3个月及6月的手术疗效及鼻腔内恢复情况。结果术后所有患者均未发生不良反应，治疗组临床效果明显优于对照组，术后应用注射用双黄连（冻干）冲洗鼻腔1个月时鼻腔功能明显恢复；3个月功能基本恢复正常。两组的主客观评估差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论慢性鼻一鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后用双黄连冻干粉针剂冲洗对创口愈合、消除粘膜水肿具有促进作用，能提高FESS临床疗效，安全性好。

Objective To observe the effect of Shuanghuanglian（freeze-dried powder）injection nasal irrigation after nasal endoscopic surgery for chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University Of Chinese Medicine from January 2014 - 2015 years 1 month, otolaryngology hospital patients,135 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis received nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into postoperative Shuanghuanglian（freeze-dried powder）injection treatment group and 0. 9% sodium chloride injection-t-dexamethasone4-gentamycin sulfate injection flushing control group,followed up for more than 6 months were observed after 1 to 3 months and 6 months and effect of surgical treatment of nasal recovery. Results After operation all patients had no adverse reaction, the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, postoperative application of Shuanghuanglian （freeze-dried powder）injection rinse 1 month of nasal cavity nasal function was restored 3 months function basically returned to normal. There were statistically significant differences in subjective and objective （P〈0. 05） between the two groups. Conclusion Chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal endoscopic surgery with Shuanghuanglian（freeze-dried powder）injection flushing on wound healing, eliminate mucosa edema has a promoting effect,can improve the clinical effect of FESS and safety.
