鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎临床分析

Clinical analysis of treatment of chronic dacryocystitis of rhinodacryocystostomy under the nasal endoscope

目的探讨经鼻内窥镜下行泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法随机把慢性泪囊炎78例（90眼）患者随机分为观察组和对照组各39例（45眼），观察组采用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术，对照组采用鼻外进路泪囊鼻腔吻合术。结果术后3个月总有效率分别为：观察组97．7％，对照组88．8％；术后1年随访总有效率分别为：观察组95．5％，对照组84．4％。两组之间疗效差异有显著性（P〈O．05），且观察组患者的满意度显著高于对照组。结论鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效好，操作简便，损伤小，并发证少，面部无疤痕，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of chronic dacryocystitis of rhinodaeryocystostomy under the nasal endoscope. Methods Randomly the 78 cases of chronic dacryocystitis patients were divided into the observation group 39 examples, using rhinodacryocystostomy under the nasal endoscope; 30 cases in the control group, with simple rhinodacryocystostomy treatment. Results After 3 months the total effective rate were： observation group 97. 7%, contrast group 88.8%; After 1 year the total effective rate were： observation group 95. 5%, contrast group 84. 4%. Between the two groups therapeutic effect has significant difference（P〈0.05）. ConcLusion The rhinodacryocystostomy under the nasal endoscope for treatment of chronic dacryocystitis can obviously improve clinical curative effect, simple method, high safety, worthy of clinical application.
