摘要
大型活动是幼儿园教育教学活动的重要组成部分,具有促进幼儿整体素质发展、加强家长和社会联系、推广宣传幼儿园品牌文化等作用,但当前许多幼儿园所组织的大型活动由于对其价值的认识不够,在实施时普遍存在目标定位偏颇、内容形式单一、多方联动不足、计划统筹不够的问题。基于此,本文从大型活动组织管理的全过程提出了相关原则和策略,以期改善和提升活动的成效与质量。
Large activities are an important part of kindergarten education and teaching activities. They have the functions of promoting the development of young children overall quality, strengthening the relationship with parents and the society and popularizing kindergarten brand culture. However, owing to insufficient recognition of the value of large activities, many kindergartens practically have the problems of improper goal positioning, monotonous content form, deficiency of multi-lat eral cooperation and weakness in overall planning. The paper puts forward principles and strategies of the organization and management of the whole process of large activities in an attempt to im prove the efficiency and quality of the activities.
