Present Rural Ethic Moral Problem and Countermeasures——Taking Sichuan Luzhou as an Example

当前,农村伦理道德方面存在着一些问题,表现为:伦理道德水准提升缓慢,利己心重,社会责任意识不强,公德意识和环保意识缺乏。这些问题在一定程度上阻滞了社会主义新农村建设。转型社会的复杂、道德文化教育不扎实、法制观念的淡薄、基层管理的弱化是其道德问题产生的社会文化根源。加强思想引导,注重教育培养,挖掘治理资源,提高执政能力,是解决这些问题的措施与对策。

At present there are some ethic moral problems in the countryside. The presentations are slow pro motion of ethic moral level, selfishness, low social responsibility awareness and absence of social morality awareness and environment protection awareness. Such problems to some degree restrictthe construction of the new countryside. The complexity of the transition society, ungrounded moral cultural education, weakness in the understanding of law and the weakening of bottom management are social cultural roots of the problems. Countermeasures suggested are the strengthening ofideol ogical guidance, focus on educational cultivation, the mining of management resources and the im provement of the ruling ability.
