摘要
为优化消肿镇痛巴布剂的最佳基质处方,采用正交实验设计,以处方中的聚丙烯酸钠、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸、水合氯化铝为因素,以用量为水平,设计L9(34)正交试验表,以初黏力和持黏力为综合指标,对试验结果进行分析。结果表明优选基质的最优配比为羧甲基纤维素钠:聚丙烯酸钠:水合氯化铝:柠檬酸=0.8g2g0.1g0.4g。优选后的巴布剂具有良好的初黏力和持黏力,制备工艺合理可行。
To choose the optimum matrix formulation of cataplasms with detumescent and acesodyne effects, an orthogonal test was designed with the initial adhesion and permanent adhesion as evaluation indexes,and the amount of sodium polyacrylate,sodium earboxymethyl cellulose, hydrated aluminum chloride, citric acid were chosen as investigated factors. The results of the test have shown that the optimum matrix formulation of cataplasms with detumescent and acesodyne effects was sodium polyacrylate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, hydrated aluminum chloride, citric acid, and the ratio was 0.8 g : 2 g : 0.1 g : 0.4 g. After optimization of the preparation of cataplasms with detumescent and acesodyne effects, it has good initial adhesion and permanent adhesion, and the process parameters were reasonably and practicable.
