摘要
本文提出一种多驱动齿的新型旋转驻波超声电机,采用增添附加齿的方法对超声电机振子的B06面外弯曲模态进行了预期的修正,实现了驱动齿最佳位置的设计,同时提出一种沿转子圆周方向均匀分布圆孔的方法降低转子刚度,满足柔性要求,可以除去碟形弹簧,实现转子与加压装置的一体化设计。经对样机振子的振型测试,验证了有限元分析的准确性。对影响振子模态及固有频率的主要结构参数进行了有限元数值分析,为设计及加工振子提供了理论依据。
In this paper, a new rotating standing wave ultrasonic motor with multiple driving teeth was proposed. Using the method of adding additional teeth, the correction of the B06 surface of the ultrasonic motor vibrator was expected, the design of the optimum position of the drive tooth was realized. At the same time, a method of reducing the stiffness of the rotor was proposed, and the flexibility was met, the integrated design of the rotor and the pressure device could be realized by removing the disc spring. The accuracy of the finite element analysis was verified by the vibration test of the prototype oscillator. The finite element analysis of the main structure parameters of the influence oscillator mode and natural frequency was carried out. It provided theoretical basis for the design and machining of vibration.
