轻中度烧伤患者创伤后成长特点与心理弹性和应对方式的关系

Characteristics of posttraumatic growth in patients after mild to moderate burns and its correlation with resilience and copying styles

目的分析轻中度烧伤患者创伤后成长特点及影响因素,为其心理康复治疗提供依据。方法采用一般人口学调查表、创伤后成长评定量表(posttraumatic growth inventory,PTGI)、心理弹性量表(connor-Davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)、简易应对方式问卷(simplified coping style questionnaire,SCSQ)对188例三甲医院烧伤患者进行调查。结果 1烧伤患者PTG总分为(42.34±18.44)分,其中各因子得分:人际关系(14.92±6.64),新的可能性(9.12±5.09),个人力量(8.94±3.87),生活欣赏(6.13±3.19),精神变化(3.05±1.99)。2不同年龄烧伤患者精神变化因子差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别烧伤患者PTG总分以及个人力量因子、人际关系因子和新的可能性因子差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且男性>女性。3心理弹性高分组PTG总分及其各因子得分均高于低分组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4PTG总分与弹性总分、坚韧性因子、力量因子和积极应对呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论烧伤患者心理弹性和积极应对方式与创伤后成长密切相关。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of posttraumatic growth and its influencing factors in the patients after mild to moderate burn injury in order to provide a basis for their psychological rehabilitation. Methods One hundred and eighty-seven patients with burn injury from 3 Grade-3 Class-A hospitals were enrolled in this study, and surveyed with posttraumatic growth inventory （PTGI）, Connor-Davidson resilience scale （CD-RISC） and simplified coping style questionnaire （SCSQ）. Results ①The total score of PTG was 42.34±18.44 in the cohort, and the score of interpersonal was 14.92±6.64, that of new possibility was 9.12±5.09, that of personal power was 8.94±3.87, that of appreciate life was 6.13±3.19 and of mental change was 3.05±1.99. ② There existed significant differences in spiritual change for the patients at different ages （P〈0.05）. Significant differences were also seen in the total score of PTG and the scores of personal power factor, interpersonal factor and new possibilities （P〈0.05）, with those in the males higher than the females. ③ The higher resilience group scored higher in PTG and its factors than the lower resilience group （P〈0.05）. ④ The total score of PTG had a positive correlation with total score of resilience, tenacity factor, power factor and positive coping style （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Resilience and positive coping style are closely associated with PTG in burn patients.
