摘要
我国很多矿井提升机系统在运行过程中存在电流冲击大等问题,严重影响了矿井的正常生产。本文以常用提升机系统为例,首先分析了提升机系统存在的问题,而后结合这些问题,通过高压变频调速器对其进行改造,改造后可以提高系统整体稳定性、可靠性,较好实现了软启动和软停止,节能效果显著,投资和维护费用低。
There is a problem of Current Surging in the operation of coal mine hoist system, which seriously im pacts the normal production of coal mine. Taking common hoist system for instance, the paper first analyzes the existing problems of hoist system, then transforms the system by high voltage frequency converter, which im proves stability and reliability of the whole system, achieves soft stating and soft stopping, significant energy sav ings,low investment and maintenance costs.
