摘要
针对碳监测卫星中使用的反作用轮的摩擦力矩特性进行了分析。采用反作用轮电机力矩的时间序列信号为分析对象,引入Dahl理论模型为依据,提出了常偏信号和振颤信号相结合的摩擦力矩补偿方法,并对信号的取值进行了研究。其中,常偏信号的取值以反作用轮力矩常值输出的统计特性为依据,振颤信号以转速频谱特性为依据。仿真实验结果表明,该方法可以有效地提高摩擦力矩补偿效果。
The friction torque characteristics of reaction wheel are analyzed, which are bused on the carbon monitoring satellite in this paper. Time series signal of reaction wheel motor torque is used as the analysis object by using Dahl model, the method of the friction torque compensation is proposed by bias signal combined with dither signal and the signal value is researched. The bias signal based on the statistical properties of the reaction wheel torque constant output and the vibration signal bused on the spectral characteristics of the speed are valued. The simulation results show that the friction torque compensation can be effectively im- proved by using this method.
