摘要
在分析鲁中矿业选矿厂聚氨酯筛网结垢成因的基础上,对聚氨酯筛网进行了化学除垢试验研究。单酸化学除垢试验结果表明,盐酸、乙酸、柠檬酸、磷酸均能有效除去聚氨酯筛网上的污垢。二元混酸化学除垢试验结果表明,常温下,盐酸浓度2%,乙酸浓度2.5%,除垢时间20 min,聚氨酯筛网除垢率达99.43%。与现场弱酸清洗除垢方法相比,化学除垢方法在降低除垢成本和提高除垢效率方面都大为改善,达到了筛网高效除垢的目的。
Based upon the analysis of scaling causes for polyurethane (PU) screens installed in mineral processing plant of Minmetals Luzhong Mining Co Ltd, experimental study was carried out on cleaning PU screens with chemical scale-removal technique. The results show that, the scale thereon can be effectively removed by adding acids alone, such as hydroehlorie acid, acetic acid, citric acid and phosphoric acid. With the combined addition of 2% hydrochloric acid and 2.5% acetic acid, the scale removal rate attained 99.43% after 20-rain processing at room temperture. This novel chemical scale-removal method is superior to the currently adopted weak acid cleaning method, as the scale-removal cost can be reduced and the efficiency can be significantly increased, through which the purpose of efficient and complete screen-cleaning can be achieved.
