摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)用于同时测定大黄灵脾颗粒中丹酚酸 B 和淫羊藿苷的含量。方法色谱柱为 Agi-lent Zorbax SB C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1.7%磷酸溶液(23∶77)等度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min -1,柱温25℃,检测波长275 nm。结果丹酚酸 B 和淫羊藿苷分别在0.1044~6.892μg 和0.0791~2.966μg 范围内线性良好,平均加样回收率分别为102.7%和98.89%。结论建立的方法专属性强、重复性好、结果准确可靠,可用于大黄灵脾颗粒的质量控制和评价方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B and icariin in Dahuanglingpi granules. Methods The separation was carried on an Agilent Zorbax SB C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm)and acetonitrile -1.7% phos-phoric acid solution(23 ∶77)was employed as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 with UV detection wavelength at 275 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear range of salvianolic acid B and icariin were 0.104 4 ~6.892 μg and 0.079 1 ~2.966 μg,respectively.The average recoveries were 102.7% and 98.89%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good specificity and reproducibility,and it can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Dahuanglingpi granules.
