摘要
目的探讨在对子宫颈持续性人乳头瘤样病毒(HPV)感染使用光动力学和激光治疗的疗效对比。方法选取2012年10月—2014年2月在该院妇科通过HPV DNA杂交捕获实验证实其有HPV感染,并且感染持续达6个月以上的148例患者,根据随机数字表将其分为两组,分别采用光动力学法和激光治疗法对对各组患者进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的疗效以及不良反应。结果患者治疗后采用新柏氏液基细胞学检测(TCT),光动力学组明显优于激光治疗组(P<0.05);转阴性率以及治愈率上,光动力学组也明显优于激光治疗组(P<0.05);不良反应方面,两组在治疗后不良反应方面,不存在明显的差异(P>0.05)。结论与激光治疗方法相比,光动力学治疗方案有着疗效好,治愈率高且可以重复治疗等优点,并且也无明显的不良反应。
Objective To compare the photodynamic therapy with laser therapy for human papillomavirus (HPV)infection in cervix. Methods Collecting 148 patients who were used by hybrid capture HPV DNA experiments showed that the HPV infection from 2012. 10 to 2014.2 in our hospital,and infected for more than 6 months,according to the random number table,they were divided into two groups,Using photodynamic therapy and laser therapy for the treatment of the patients in each group,comparing the two groups of pa-tients after treatment and adverse reaction.Results New PAT' S detected by liquid based cytology in patients after treatment,photody-namic group was significantly better than the laser treatment group(P 〈0.05);Negative rate and cure rate,photodynamic group was al-so better than the laser treatment group (P 〈0.05);there were no significantly difference in terms of adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment,adverse reactions (P 〉0.05).Conclusion Compared with laser therapy,photodynamic therapy has a good curative effect,high cure rate and can be repeated treatment etc,and has no obvious adverse reaction.
