How to do international projects well and effectively avoid all kinds of risks is a problem that each Sub-branch Company across the country faces. Therefore, it is particularly important to rationally design the implementation model for international projects. This article concisely analyzes some personal considerations from the study of background and significance for imple- mentation model of international projects, the practical cases of the implementation model from international pro- jects of CHINA GEZHOUBA GROUP NO.3 ENGINEERING CO., LTD, the experience summary and refining of the implementation model of international projects, and other three aspects.
