摘要
在国家大力实施“走出去”战略和大力推进“一带一路”建设的大背景下,中国葛洲坝集团股份公司强力推进“国际业务优先发展”战略并对海外国别市场进行了划分,为集团各成员企业国际业务发展创造了良好的机遇,如何做好国际项目,有效规避各类风险,是摆在跨出国门的各子分公司企业面前的一道难题。因此,合理设计国际项目实施模式显得尤为重要。从研究国际项目实施模式的背景和意义,三公司国际项目实施模式的实践案例,国际项目实施模式经验总结和提炼等三个方面谈了一些思考。
under background of Go Global Strategy and One Belt And One Road which are vigorously im- plemented and promoted by the country, CHINA GEZHOUBA GROUP CO., LTD strongly promotes the strategy of "priority for development of international business" and divides the overseas market so as to create a good op- portunity for the international business development of its member firms. How to do international projects well and effectively avoid all kinds of risks is a problem that each Sub-branch Company across the country faces. Therefore, it is particularly important to rationally design the implementation model for international projects. This article concisely analyzes some personal considerations from the study of background and significance for imple- mentation model of international projects, the practical cases of the implementation model from international pro- jects of CHINA GEZHOUBA GROUP NO.3 ENGINEERING CO., LTD, the experience summary and refining of the implementation model of international projects, and other three aspects.
