摘要
利用荧光光谱研究了蒲公英提取物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用,探讨了不同浓度的蒲公英提取物和溶剂种类这两个因素对荧光强度的影响.结果表明:蒲公英花或叶的甲醇提取物使BSA的荧光强度增强,且其最大荧光发射波长无明显红移;蒲公英花或叶的乙醇提取物使BSA的荧光产生猝灭,且其最大荧光发射波长明显红移;甲醇溶剂对荧光强度有比较大的影响,而乙醇则无明显影响.随着提取液浓度增加,蒲公英甲醇提取物与BSA相互作用的△F呈线性增加趋势,蒲公英乙醇提取物与BSA相互作用的△F呈下降趋势.
The interaction between dandelion extract and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated by fluorescence spectrum. The effects of the different concentrations of dandelion extract and the kinds of solvent on the fluorescence intensity were discussed. The experimental results showed that the fluorescence intensity of BSA is enhanced as a result of the dandelion flowers or leaves of methanol extract. The biggest fluorescence emission wavelength had no obvious red shift. Fluorescence quenching of BSA was produced due to the ethanol extracts of dandelion flowers or leaves, and its biggest fluorescence emission wavelength had obvious red shift. With the extract concentration increases, △F of the dandelion methanol extracts of interaction with BSA had linearly increasing trend, while △F of the dandelion ethanol extract of interaction with BSA had a downward trend.
