观察了侧条光唇鱼鳞片、脊椎骨、主鳃盖骨和耳石的年轮特征.鳞片分区明显,环片清晰常呈U型,年轮主要为疏密型,切割型较少见,偶见副轮;脊椎骨为明暗交替的同心环纹,近中心处年轮不清晰;主鳃盖骨为明暗交替的L型环带平行分布,L型的拐角处或其附近较明显;耳石年轮围绕中心核呈弧状排列,轮纹特征在后区清晰.鳞片为侧条光唇鱼年龄鉴定材料,脊椎骨、主鳃盖骨和耳石可用于辅助鉴定.

The annuli characteristic of scales, vertebrae, main opercular and otolith of Acrossocheilus parallens（Nichols）were observed.The results showed that scale partition was clear, ring plate was U-shaped, ring main type for the density, cutting model was relatively rare,occasional vice annuli, etc. Vertebrae under incident light were alternating concentric rings of light and shade lines, but near the center of rings were harder to distinguish. Main opercular was L-shaped ring with parallel distribution of alternating light and dark, annual ring features at the corner of the L-shaped or its nearby was obvious, but some opercular can＇t be seen the wheel. The otolith rings around the center of nuclear were arranged arc shape, round grain characteristic in the area was more significant. Scales can be used as more appropriate age verification material, vertebrae, main opercular and otolith can be used for auxiliary appraisal.
