摘要
以连云港港区海相淤泥为原料,发泡聚苯乙烯EPS颗粒为轻质掺料,水泥为主固化材料,粉煤灰、矿渣、砂、石灰、石膏等为辅助固化材料,制备出满足一定强度的新型轻质土工材料.通过一系列的强度试验,分析了各固化剂掺量与固化后的淤泥无侧限抗压强度的影响,探讨了各掺料的固化机理.结果表明,在最佳配合比范围内,该新型土工材料的无侧限抗压强度远大于单一材料的强度值.
A new lightweight geotechnical material with certain strength was produced by using Lianyungang Port's marine muddy soil as raw material, expanded polystyrene (EPS) particles as the light weight admixtures, cement as main cured material, and fly ash, slag, sand, lime, gypsum as auxiliary cured material. The relationship between each of the cured material content and unconfined compressive strength was analyzed through a series of strength experiments. And the solidification mechanisms of different materials were discussed. Within the range of the optimum mixture ratio, the results showed that the unconfined compressive strength of the new geotechnical material was much greater than that of the single material.
