马达顶针自动激光焊检测系统的设计

摘要 采用激光对马达的顶针部件进行高速焊接,焊接完成后,对产品的平面度进行自动检测及不良品分拣,整个系统主要由上料工位、焊接工位、转盘夹具、检测分拣工位及下料工位等部分组成。在激光焊平面度检测前,还需对工件位置进行自动校正,确保铁盖位置不会发生偏移和转动。由气动滑台、激光测距仪、滑套和探针以及对应机加件组成的平面度自动检测系统,提高了检测结果的可靠性。 The laser scanning welding were used to weld the thimble of motor,the planeness needs to be tested and the rejects were automatically sorted after welding. The system was composed of feeding station,welding station,turntable fixture,testing and sorting station and blanking station. Before laser welding and flatness testing,workpiece location needs to be automatically corrected to ensure that the iron cover position shift and rotation did not occur. The testing system was composted of sliding table,laser range finder,sliding sleeve and the probe and the corresponding machining parts,which makes sure that the flatness detection precision reach to micron level.
