摘要
摩擦叠焊是一种新型的水下修复方法。在单排孔DH36钢干式摩擦叠焊工艺试验中发现在塞孔底部容易出现未熔合现象,针对这一问题进行了分析,建立钻头受力模型,发现钻孔时钻头所处不同区域的硬度变化造成了钻孔的偏斜,从而影响焊接质量,进而提出了相应的解决方案,对摩擦叠焊中焊点分布及焊接次序进行了研究。
Friction stitch welding is an innovative welding method for underwater repairing. Lack of bonding is one of the defects usually seen in the single-row dry friction stitch welding of DH36. A force model of drilling bit was established to study the lack of bonding. It is found that the deflection of the drilled hole,due to the different hardness at different sides of the drill bit,is one of the main causes of lack of bonding.A solution was proposed to design the friction stitch welded spots distribution and welding sequence.
