摘要
研究了不同焊后热处理工艺对J75钢焊缝区、焊接热影响区及母材显微组织及力学性能的影响。研究表明:J75钢焊后仅进行时效处理,焊缝区塑性指标不能满足工程要求,且焊缝与母材过渡区熔合线分界明显;而其焊后进行固溶处理和时效处理,得到较好的焊后力学性能,且焊缝与母材间熔合过渡良好,热影响区较小。
Influences of the different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of weld,heat-effected zone and base metal of J75 steel were investigated. The results show that the plastic property of weld can't meet the engineering requirement and the fusion zone is quiet obvious. While the mechanical properties of weld is favorable,there is a good fusion in the transition zone between weld and base metal,as well as the heat-effected zone is narrow when the solution treatment and aging treatment were performed properly after welding.
