摘要 用作火药黏结剂的聚氨酯弹性体溶解效果将直接影响火药组分的混合及火药的力学性能。采用八种不同溶剂溶解聚氨酯弹性体,并对其溶解现象、溶解程度及黏度进行初步研究。根据极性相似原则和溶度参数相近原则选择与配制多组溶剂,由乌氏黏度计测量同一温度下相同浓度待测液的黏度,得出溶解最好的实验方案是极性相似且溶度参数相差不大的丙酮/THF(1∶1)。 The dissolve effect of polyurethane elastomer used for binder will directly affect the mixing of powder composition and the mechanical properties of propellant. Different solvents were used to dissolve polyurethane elastomer and making a preliminary study on the phenomenon, the degree and the viscosity of the solution. The selection and preparation of more groups of solvents based on the polarity similarity principle and the solubility parameter similarity principle, ubbelohde viscometer was used to measure the same concentration of liquid viscosity under the same temperature, it is concluded that better dissolve experiment scheme.
