摘要
石墨烯是以单层碳原子紧密堆积而成的二维蜂窝状结构的碳质材料,其优异的光、电、热及力学性能使其成为材料领域研究的热点。介绍了复合材料的几种重要电磁屏蔽机制,对导电复合材料的电磁屏蔽机制进行了分析讨论。重点介绍了石墨烯类复合材料的几种主要制备方法及优缺点,阐述了在各种制备条件下的电磁屏蔽性能研究进展。
Graphene, the two-dimensional honeycomb structure constituted by a flat monolayer of carbon atoms closely packed,is currently the most attracted focus in material field due to its outstanding optical, electrical, thermal and mechanical properties. The several important mechanisms of electromagnetic interference shielding of composite were presented, the main mechanism of the conductive composite were especially discussed. The fabrication methods of composite including the graphene-polymer composites and the graphene-metal composites were reviewed. Moreover, the research progress of electromagnetic shielding of composite were comprehensively reviewed.
