摘要
近年来,稀土离子掺杂硼酸盐发光材料已成为光学研究的热点之一。与其他基质材料相比,硼酸盐具有结构丰富稳定、热稳定性好、禁带较宽、易于合成的特点,在发光研究中越来越受到广泛重视。综述了高温固相法、溶胶-凝胶法、共沉淀法、水热/溶剂热法、燃烧法、喷雾热解法、硝酸盐热分解法等主要的稀土离子掺杂硼酸盐的制备方法,以及不同结构稀土掺杂硼酸盐发光材料的研究进展,为其今后的发展提供了依据。
Recently, rare earth metal ion doped borate has already become one hot field in the research of luminescent materials. The development and application of borate-based luminescent materials are favored due to the unique properties of borates such as multiplicate chemical structure,good thermal stability,wide band gap and low manufacturing cost. Several major methods for the preparation of rare earth metal doped borate luminescent materials such as solid state,sol-gel,coprecipitation,hydrothermal/solvent-thermal, combustion and spray pyrolysis were summarized. The current research of rare earth ions doped borates with different structures were also reviewed, which may he the basis for the future research.
