彩色木塑复合材料的研究现状和发展前景

Progress and development future of colorful wood-plastic composite

木塑复合材料具有植物纤维和塑料的双重优点,具有绿色环保、可循环利用的特点,目前被广泛应用于建筑、装饰及户外景观等领域。但木塑复合材料存在颜色单一、附加值低等问题。对木塑复合材料的原料来源、工艺参数和使用场所的环境条件等影响材料外观颜色的主要因素进行了综述,同时对制备彩色木塑复合材料的研究方法进行了系统的介绍,提出了未来木塑行业将向功能化和智能化的方向发展。

Wood-plastic composites are widely used in construction,decoration and outdoor landscape due to the dual advantages of plant fibers and plastics and the characteristics of green, environmental protection and recyclable. However, wood-plastic composites has the problem of single color and low value-added. The main effect factors of exterior color of composites were reviewed such as sources of raw materials, process parameters and the environment conditions of use workplace. The methods for preparing colorful wood-plastic composites were introduced systematically. While the wood-plastic composites industry would toward the direction of functional and intelligent was proposed in the future.
