摘要
在无乳化剂条件下,以四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷(V4)和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(YDH-171)为硅源,与烯丙基羟乙基醚(AOE)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)及甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)进行无皂乳液聚合,得到超支化自交联硅丙乳液;用L9(3)4确定最佳配方质量比为MAA∶AOE∶YDH-171∶V4∶MMA=8∶9∶4∶20∶59,通过改变聚合工艺,得到具有不同性能的3种无皂硅丙乳液(HB-A、HB-B和HB-C),红外光谱显示核壳乳液HB-C中硅单体开环交联程度优于先开后共聚乳液HB-B和开环共聚同时进行乳液HB-A,粒径分析和TEM微观形貌显示乳液粒径HB-C(70nm)<HB-B(141nm)<HB-A(158nm),热重分析表明乳液热稳定性顺序为HB-C>HB-B>HB-A。
The method was reported that the hyperbranched self-crosslinking silicone-acrylic emulsion was made by tetravinyl tetramethylcyelo tetrasiloxane,vinyltrimethoxysilane, 2-allyloxyethanol and methyl methacrylate without emulsi tier. The optimum formulation was found by orthogonal test L9 (3)^4 , MAA: AOE: YDH = V4 : MMA= 8 : 9 : 4 : 20 = 59. The three emulsions having different properties were obtained by varying the polymerization process,it was HB-A, HB-B and HB-C. FT-IR showed that silicon-oxygen rings were opened and the order of open-loop degree was HB-A〈HB-Bhyperbranch,silicone-acrylic emulsion,self-crosslinkingHB-C. Effect of three kinds of polymerization process on coagulum, particle size and thermal stability was discussed. The order of particle size was HB-A(158nm)〉HB-B(141nm)〉HB-C(70nm). TGA showed that the thermal stability order of emulsion was HB-C〉 HB-B〉 HB-A.
