摘要
制备了一种兼具Bronsted酸性和Lewis酸性的新型双酸性离子液体[Hnmp]Cl/FeCl3,并以其为萃取剂和催化剂,对模拟汽油脱硫进行了研究。结果表明,在V(模拟汽油)=5mL、双氧水用量为n(H_2O_2)/n(S)=8、反应温度为50℃、反应时间为40min、离子液体用量为0.8g的最优工艺条件下,模拟汽油脱硫率可达97.4%,FCC汽油脱硫率可达84.7%,说明该离子液体具有较好的重复使用能力。
A new double acidic ionic liquid [Hnmp]Cl/FeCl3 was synthesized,which both had bronsted acidity and lewis acidity. It was used as extractant and catalyst to the oxidation coupling extraction desulfurization of model oil. By sin gle factor experiment,conditions of the desulfurization process were optimized. The results showed that the sulfur removal of DBT in model oil could reach 9 7.4 % under the conditions V(model oil) = 5mL, n ( H2 O2 )/n (S) = 8, T= 50℃ , t = 40min, m(IL)=0. 8g. The sulfur removal of FCC gasoline could reach 84. 7% under the same conditions. The ionic liquid bad a good reusability.
