中国特色现代学徒制培养体系的思考

Apprenticeship Training System with Chinese Characteristics in Modern Thinking

开展现代学徒制的研究与探索,是职业教育主动服务当前经济社会发展,打通和拓宽技术技能人才培养发展通道,推进现代职业教育体系建设的战略选择。在梳理国外现代学徒制发展经验的基础上,提出中国特色的现代学徒制的特点与内涵并从国家、省级、校级三个层面提出具体的路径和策略。

For vocational education, the application of research and exploration of modern apprenticeship is a strategic choice to provide current economic and social development active service through broadening technical personnel training channels and boosting construction of modern vocational education system. In combing development experience of foreign modem apprenticeship, this paper proposes not only the features and connotation of modem apprenticeship with Chinese characteristic but puts forward specific path and strategy from three aspects as national, provincial and college as well.
