摘要
目前我国经济转型升级与高技能型人才短缺的现状,对于人力资源管理专业学生的培养提出了项目化教学的要求。在建构主义教育观的指导下,以"绩效计划"为例,依照职业活动中的具体要求设计教学内容,依照实际工作过程环境组织课程,提炼出以围绕具体工作需求为主的教学和训练项目。
Currently, the upgrading of China's economic transformation and a shortage of high-skilled personnel proposes the requirements of project-oriented teaching for the cultivation of students majoring in human resource management. Under the guidance of constructivism education concept, taking performance plan for example, teaching content should be designed in accordance with specific requirements in professional activities, curriculum should be organized in line with actual work environment and teaching and training programs be based on specific needs of work.
