自评与他评:中职生职场表现的异同分析——以湖南A校数控模具专业为例

Self and Enterprises Evaluation: Differences in the Workplace Performance of Vocational School Students ——A Case study of NC Machine Major in Hunan

以湖南A校143名数控模具专业中职生和16名带教师傅为问卷调查和访谈对象,调研结果表明,自评和他评具有一致性。核心专业知识和专业技能等硬实力,如读画图纸、数控编程等,普遍低评;而职业精神和智慧技能等软实力评价较高,表现了中职生具有年轻人以及职场新人普遍具有的优缺点和潜在实力。

Through the questionnaire study of vocational school students＇ workplace performance, it is found out that the self evaluation results of NC machine major students coincide with 16 enterprise guiders＇. Generally speaking, their professional skills such as computer drawing and programming are generally worse than their professional ethics and intelligent skills. In other words, these students possess the similar strengths and weaknesses to other teenagers and novel workers.
