摘要
随着汽车电气电子技术的不断进步,大功率负载在整车上应用的越来越多,传统的粗放型的电源管理模式越来越不能满足整车电量的需求,利用蓄电池电量传感器检测蓄电池的剩余电量,发动机电控单元通过检测SOC、SOF信号来实现能量的管理不仅成本高,而且加长了产品的开发周期。文章利用现有发电机的L端信号,通过设计大功率负载控制器的回路及相应的补偿电路实现能源的管理,不仅成本低、性能可靠,而且可以快速的在江淮现有车型上进行应用。
With the continuous development of automotive electrical and electronic technology, more and more high power load will be used on the vehicle, the traditional extensive mode of power management can not meet the needs of vehicle power, detect the battery remaining power through battery power sensor, and the engine electronic control unit through the detection of the SOC, SOF signal to achieve the energy management is not only costly, but also extended the product development cycle. In this paper, the L-terminal signal of the generator is used to design of high-power load controller circuit and compensation circuit to achieve energy management, which is not only low-cost, reliable, but also can be used in the JAC existing models quickly.
