摘要
文章利用Pro/E建立车架三维模型,然后导入ANSYS Workbench中对车架进行分析并利用拓扑优化对车架进行轻量化设计,使得车架的减重比为13.2%。轻量化之后对车架再次进行验证,并对轻量化后的车架进行模态分析。
In this paper, three-dimensional model of the frame is built based on Pro/E, next realizing the lightweight design based on topology optimization would eventually make the frame decrease by 13.2% after finishing the finite element analyses with ANSYS Workbench. Lastly, the reasonableness of the lightweight is checked and the modal analysis of the flame is accomplished.
