摘要
通过降低HVAC内部风阻,提高暖风芯体能力、增大吹脚出风口面积,来提供暖风能力,克服发动机水温低,结构布置等限制,进行方案设计和环境模拟试验验证,结果表明,通过设计改进,整车的暖风性能有了明显提高。
By reducing HVAC internal wind resistance, improve the performance of the heater core, increasing the area of foot outlet, to provide heating performance, overcome the low coolant temperature, structure arrangement and so on, scheme design and CWT test, the results show that by design improvements, vehicle heating performance has improved obviously.
