KPC型碳青霉烯酶研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 为了对抗产超广谱β内酰胺酶(Extended-Spectrumβ-Lactamases,ESBLs)细菌的耐药性,碳青霉烯类抗菌药物被大量应用,而这又引起碳青霉烯类耐药细菌在全球的产生与流行[1]。肠杆菌科细菌作为医院感染最主要的病原体类型,其对碳青霉烯类抗生素的耐药给全球公共健康带来了巨大的威胁。引起碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药细菌增多的主要原因之一是碳青霉烯水解酶的产生,其中以肺炎克雷伯杆菌碳青霉烯酶(Klebsiella pneumoniae carbape-namase, KPC ) 最为常见。本研究主要综述KPC型碳青霉烯酶的相关进展。
