摘要 通过对高速列车发展现状和技术特点分析,结合纤维复合材料性能优势和产业现状调研,揭示了结构与材料多元化的发展必要性,指出纤维复合材料是实现列车各性能平衡发展的有效途径。详细介绍了国内外高速动车组复合材料应用情况,展示了中车四方股份一体化设计理念下的纤维复合材料构件应用实例,展望高速动车组复合材料发展方向,提出加快国内碳纤维复合材料在轨道交通中应用的可行性建议,以期提高国际竞争力,提升行业话语权。 Through the analysis of the current situation and technical characteristics of high speed train, combined with the investigation of performance advantages and industrial situation of fiber composite materials,the necessities of diversified development of structures and materials have been revealed. This article points out that the application of fiber composite materials is an effective way to realize the balanced development of all the performance of high speed train. Elaborating on the applications of composite products for high speed EMU both domestically and interuationally,the paper described fiber composite component under CRRC Sifang integrated design concept. We predicted the future work for composite materials applied in EMU and proposed feasible advice to promote the application of carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) in China railway transport in order to improve our international competitiveness and influence in this area.
