摘要
应答器是列车控制系统的重要组成部分,用于保证高速列车运行的安全与高效。论文经过SMC体系配方的研制、模具开发、应答器壳体成型工艺研究,最终开发出具有高机械性能、阻燃性及防腐蚀性能的壳体产品,其拉伸强度可达78.4 MPa、冲击强度70.5 KJ·m^(-1)、弯曲强度185.2 MPa,阻燃等级V0级,同时还具有很好的耐油、耐化学介质等防腐蚀性能。产品最终成功通过各项型式实验。
Responder is an important part of train control system. It is mainly used to ensure the safety and efficiency of high speed railway. In order to develop responder shell,SMC is chosen for processing. The whole project includes raw material choosing,die sinking,SMC processing research. The final products have 78.4 MPa tensile strength,70.5 KJ·m-1 impact toughness and 185.2 MPa bending strength. The flame retardant of the products is level V0. The oil and chemical corrosion resistance of the products are also acceptable. The product has successfully passed the type experiment.
