摘要
文章以C10为催化剂、C20P为活化剂,通过己内酰胺与己内酯阴离子共聚制备共聚尼龙。通过研究不同含量的己内酯与己内酰胺共聚的反应规律,结果表明:随着己内酯含量的增加,共聚尼龙的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、压缩强度有所下降;与纯尼龙相比,共聚尼龙的熔点、维卡软化点有所下降;冲击强度随着己内酯含量的增加而明显增大。
The paper presents the preparation of copolymer nylon with caprolactam and caprolactone by anionic polymerization employing C10 as the catalyst, and C20P as the initiator. Copolymerization reaction?rule of caprolactam is studied with different content of the caprolactone. The results show that the tensile strength,bending strength,and compress strength of copolymer nylon fall along with the content increasing of the caprolactone. The melting?point and the VEKA softening point fall also,comparing with the pure nylon. But the impact?strength increases significantly.
