摘要
文章以某航海类高职院校为例,通过数据统计与抽样调查的方式分析了高职院校航海类专业学生海员从业意愿状况,从创新人才选拔方式、强化专业思想教育、打造良好的航海育人环境等方面入手提出了高职院校提高航海类专业学生海员从业意愿的对策,以保障高级海员队伍建设。
Taking a maritime vocational college as the example, the paper analyzes the mari- time students' employment willingness as seafarers by means of data statistics and sample survey. The countermeasures are put forward to improve the maritime students' employ- ment willingness as seafarers by innovating the talent selection mode, strengthening the pro- fessional ideological education, creating the cultivating environment of maritime talents and so on, with a view to securing the building of the advanced seafarer team.
