参与多发性硬化免疫应答及损伤修复的主要细胞 被引量:1

摘要 多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)是常见的中枢神经系统自身免疫性疾病,全球约有2.5亿患者,多于30~40岁起病。MS的特征是神经髓鞘脱失及渐进的轴突和神经元变性,最终导致严重的神经功能丧失。MS病因及机制未明,近年来免疫失调在MS发生及演变中的作用倍受观注,亦成为研究热点。研究表明,CD4+Th17细胞在疾病演变中起主导作用,而作为适应性免疫应答的另一大类细胞—B细胞、
