摘要
非教学性备课是促进教师专业发展的有效路径之一。非教学性备课能够促进教师增强教学主体参与和研究自主的意识、增长专业知识和提高教学能力,实现"教师即研究者"这一良好愿景,并帮助教师在教学上有超出技能范围而有艺术化的表现。
Non-teaching preparation is one of the effective path to promote teachers’ professional development.Non-teaching preparation can promote teachers to add the teaching subjects to participate in and study the independent consciousness, improve the growth of professional knowledge and teaching ability. It helps to realize the good vision of"teacher is the researcher",as well as helping teachers to have the skills beyond the scope and artistic performance in teaching.
