关于高校二级学院本科教学绩效评估的思考

Thinking about Undergraduate Teaching Achievement Evaluation System for School Level Units in University

开展学院本科教学绩效评估是鉴定、指导和提高高校及其二级学院教学工作与管理水平的重要举措。本文以辽宁石油化工大学学院本科教学绩效评估工作的实证研究为基础,探索开展学院本科教学绩效评估的意义、作用、实施要点及对推进教学绩效评估的认识与思考,为高校内部教学评估的有效实施及教育教学质量的持续提高提供参考与借鉴。

Carrying out undergraduate teaching achievement evaluation for school level units is an impor tant measure to evaluate, guide and improve the teaching activities and the management level of universi ties and their School level units. Based on the empirical study of undergraduate teaching achievement eval uation work for school level units of Liaoning Shihua University, this article explores the significance, function and main points of implementation of carrying out undergraduate teaching achievement evaluation for school level units, and then, causes the understanding and thinking about how to advance undergrad- uate teaching achievement evaluation for school level units, resulting in providing reference and experi- ence for the effective implementation of internal teaching evaluation and continuous promotion of educa tion quality in universities.
