高校工科专业教师的工程实践能力对培养卓越工程师起着重要的作用。本文分析了工科专业教师工程素质存在的问题,提出了建立合理的工科高校教师考评制度、完善培训体系、落实校企合作、增加工科专业教师入职的工程背景要求等措施,以提升工科专业教师的工程素质。

The engineering practice ability of university engineering professional teachers has a great effect on training excellent engineers. In this paper, the problems of the professional teachers＇ engineering qual ity were analyzed. In order to improve engineering professional teachers＂ engineering quality, measures were proposed such as establishing a reasonable evaluation system of university engineering teachers, im proving the training system, effectively implementing university-enterprise cooperation, adding the de- mand for engineering background of engineering professional teachers entry requirements
