摘要 本文介绍了工科院校高分子专业基础课程高分子流变学的教学现状,对目前高分子流变学的教学策略及激励途径进行了详细分析,指出了其不足,同时根据高分子流变学的应用及发展趋势和人才培养目标,提出了一个中心、两个基本点的教学策略和激励途径,即以学生为中心、以学生成长和教师成长为基本点,以期实现教师与学生共同成长的双赢。 Based on the present teaching situation of the course of polymerrheology, one of the basic cour- ses in the major of polymer material and engineering in engineering colleges and universities. This work aims at making a detailed analysis on the teaching strategies and incentive ways of the course of polymer rheology, and points out its shortcomings. We have proposed a teaching mode, in which the student takes as the core playeri meanwhile, both the students and teachers can take mutual benefits and grow up together from this mode, according to the application, development trend, and the goal of cultivating tal ent of polymer rheology in this mode of teaching strategies and incentive ways.
