摘要
船舶起重机是一种重要的甲板机械,其中克令吊在船舶上的使用最为广泛。以国内首艘重吊载货实习船克令吊逆功吸收装置的设计为例,分析和探讨克令吊逆功产生的原因及其逆功对电站的危害,进而更加深入了解规范对电站保护功能的要求,提供系统保护以确保船舶装卸货工况的安全可靠。同时,此分析可为同类型船舶的电气设计提供参考。
Ship crane is a kind of important deck machine, of which cargo crane is most wildly used on the vessel. Taking the design of reverse power absorption device on the first heavy-crane cargo training ship in China as an example, the paper analyzed and discussed the reason causing reverse power and its damage to power station and also presented the requirement of rules for protection function of power station ensuring the safety and reliability in loading and unloading condition through the design of system protection and served electrical design of the same type of vessels as reference.
