Analysis of the Reasons for Hanging in the Shaft Furnace of OY Furnace & Its Solutions

通过炉欧冶炉况生产实践,从竖炉工艺参数的表征现象等入手,对这二次竖炉悬料进行分析。针对竖炉悬料后对气化炉炉况及整个系统的影响,提出在以后生产操作中预防悬料及发生悬料后应采取的措施。

Based on the production practice of OY furnace, starting from the characteristics of the shaft furnace process parameters, twice hanging in the shaft furnace is analyzed. With regard to the impact on gasification furnace conditions and the entire system, measures that should be adopted to avoid hanging as well as be applied after this are proposed.
