摘要
广东某超高层办公楼,总建筑高度接近200米,含2个设备层及避难层。空调设计仅考虑夏季供冷,采用水冷式中央空调系统。针对项目建筑条件及空调系统水压力分布特性,将其空调水系统分为高、低两个区,高、低区采用水-水板式换热器转换。
A high-rise office building in Guangdong. the total height of the building nearly 200 meters, and contains two equipment and refuge floors. The air-conditioning design considering only summer cooling, using water-cooled air-condition system. Contrary to construction conditions and air-conditioning system water pressure distribution characteristics, its air-condition water system is divided into two zones for high and low. The two systems changed with ware-water plate heat exchanger.
